Internet sensation Caity Baser returns with another summer bop encapsulating the confusing world of emotions

Caity Baser has scored her first ever Top 40 single with ‘Pretty Boys’ which gained fans recognition for her infectious melodies and witty lyrics. Caity has captured the attention of her younger audience through the rapid growth on her social media accounts. Pretty Boys is one of the six songs on her new album ‘Thanks for nothing, see you never’, where Caity takes a humorous approach on her dating stories and disasters! Throughout this single, Caity engages her listeners with these relatable and catchy lyrics which seem to ring in our heads for hours. 

Caity describes her writing process as “character building”, explaining, “I take something that mortifies, angers or embarrasses me and turn it into something good – like a song.” We see Caity’s fun and energetic personality throughout her music, as she uses her lyrics to tell a story in a charismatic way. 

When speaking of the track, Caity exclaimed “I’m obsessed, it’s so exciting. I’m so gassed! It just feels like all the hard work, all the tears; everything’s been worth it.” Caity has clearly worked extremely hard to get to where she is now and is looking forward to what the future has in store for her. Caity has gone from strength to strength, where she is now due to begin her first headline tour in April 2023.
